Use of the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software (“NCORD Software”)

NCORD Software has been provided on the website

Solely for the purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the NCORD’s eHealthCard Services as offered by NCORD, and as permitted by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, Software Terms, Terms of Sale, Pricing and other terms and conditions, policies of NCORD Health Care Services (“NCORD Policies”) and applicable laws and regulations which are in force from time to time.. It is clearly understood by you that NCORD’s eHealthCard Software is solely owned by NCORD Healthcard LLC, USA and NCORD Biotech Limited, India and you may not tamper/deal with the software program of NCORD Software in whatsoever manner or compile any portion of it in combination with your own programs, or transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute or sub-license the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software or otherwise assign any rights to the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software in whole or in part. You may not use the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software for any purpose other than provided for in NCORD Policies or for such purposes that are prohibited under the applicable laws. Your rights to use the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of these NCORD Policies. Additional third party terms contained within or distributed with certain NCORD’s eHealthCard Software that are specifically identified in related documentation may apply to that NCORD’s eHealthCard Software (or software incorporated with the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software) and will govern the use of such software in the event of a conflict with these Terms of Use. All software used in any NCORD’s eHealthCard Service is the property of NCORD and/or its affiliates or its software suppliers and protected by laws of India including but not limited to any other applicable copyright laws. NCORD has the right to cease providing NCORD Software services or prohibit you from using its services at any time without providing you with any prior notice thereof.

Use of Third Party Services

When you use the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software, you also agree to use the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.

No Reverse Engineering

You may not, and you will not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with, the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software, whether in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from or of the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software.


In order to keep the NCORD’s eHealthCard Software up-to-date, we may offer automatic or manual updates from time to time without requiring giving you any prior notice thereof. At such times, the working of the NCORD Software may be affected temporarily and you agree that such suspension of services shall not amount to deficiency of services on part of NCORD.
